1. Service
GoMeAds ("we", "us") provides an advertising automation platform that creates and manages Google Ads campaigns on behalf of users. By using our service you agree to these terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, including website URLs and business names. You must comply with Google Ads policies. You are responsible for all ad spend billed by Google to your account.
3. Advertising Accounts
GoMeAds creates and manages Google Ads accounts under its Manager (MCC) account on your behalf. You authorize GoMeAds to create campaigns, set budgets, and manage advertising on your behalf.
4. Fees
GoMeAds charges a monthly subscription fee for platform access. Ad spend is billed separately by Google. We do not mark up ad spend.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your campaigns remain in Google Ads but GoMeAds will no longer manage them.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoMeAds is not liable for advertising results, campaign performance, or Google Ads policy decisions. Our liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid.
